Hair analysis is now increasingly being used as a pre test or a preliminary test to see whether individuals have absorbed to any kind of poisons like things or of any behavioural or any health like problems. The hair analysis is used in the detection of various long term elemental effects and it appears to be genuine validity to use the hair analysis in the life-long measurement or long term heavy metal burden, and it is not the measurement of simple general elemental analysis. There are various other long term elemental effects analysis and various studies and analysis have been conducted under long term elemental effects and the study on hair concentrations of calcium, zinc and iron particles in the pregnant women and various effects of supplementation and finally from the study and by the final analysis, they came into the conclusion that the hair concentrations of zinc, iron and calcium elements could eventually reflects the effects of supplementation. So finally by the hair analysis they came into the conclusion that the various mineral element deficiencies might be convalesced by various types of adequate compensations of mineral elements and nutrients.
